The beautifully restored lounge, characterized by soothing decor and inviting seating, creates an ambiance perfect for unwinding. The exquisite magnolia tree at the entrance stands tall, offering a picturesque entry that sets the tone for a peaceful getaway.

The top floor room's layout posed a challenge, especially with the long trek back to the entrance for necessities like milk, which could easily be addressed with a fridge on the lower level. The seating options lacked comfort. the hard bed and basic chairs left much to be desired if you're looking for a place to lounge. it would be nice to have more variety in room setups, as not all rooms are equipped with armchairs as seen in promotional photos.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room with a huge closet and the delicious breakfast with fantastic homemade compote. The garden area offered lovely spots to relax, and we loved unwinding by the cozy seating outside. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that didn’t take away from our stay at all. 😊

the parsonage has very pleasant hosts who served a great breakfast. the bathroom was modern, and the location is within walking distance of restaurants. i loved that they really took care of everything. the beautiful restoration made our stay enjoyable and cozy.
